PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The client (“Buyer”) desires to purchase research MATERIAL from Reflective Beauty. The purpose of this Agreement is to define the conditions and restrictions governing the sale and purchase of the material.

As used herein, the term “MATERIAL” refers to any product and/or services which the Buyer purchases or obtains from Reflective Beauty including, but not limited to, peptides, proteins, liquids, powders, chemicals, labware, and hardware.

All purchases of MATERIAL by the Buyer from Reflective Beauty shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

GENERAL USE

All products on this site are for research and development use only and are not for human or animal consumption of any kind.

Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Reflective Beauty operates as a chemical supplier only and is not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

MATERIAL is sold strictly for laboratory and analytical purposes. Basic scientific research does not include clinical, diagnostic, or human testing.

Buyer agrees MATERIAL will not be used in foods, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or commercial applications for humans or animals.

Buyer must be 21 years or older to purchase MATERIAL.

Buyer confirms MATERIAL will only be handled by qualified professionals.

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

• Reflective Beauty assumes no legal responsibility for improper usage of MATERIAL.

• Reflective Beauty shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Reflective Beauty harmless from any claims, expenses, or losses arising from misuse or handling of MATERIAL.

• Buyer acknowledges the hazards associated with handling MATERIAL and accepts full responsibility for safety compliance and regulatory adherence.

• Reflective Beauty reserves the right to refuse or limit sales to unqualified customers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

• Purchase grants the Buyer a limited, non-transferable right to use MATERIAL for internal research only.

• Reselling, relabeling, repackaging, exporting, or supplying to third parties is prohibited without written approval from Reflective Beauty.

• Reflective Beauty does not guarantee that MATERIAL use will not infringe on patents.

• Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations.

AGREEMENT TERMS

• This document represents the entire agreement between the parties.

• Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

• If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the sole property of Reflective Beauty and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENTS & CREDIT CARDS

We accept credit cards as payment. Accurate billing details must be provided. Credit card statements will appear as ReflectiveBeauty.com. A processing fee may apply.

ORDER POLICIES

• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

• Reflective Beauty reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit orders at its discretion.

• Prices and availability may change without notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Most in-stock orders ship the same or next business day.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

TAXES

Applicable sales taxes will be charged where required. Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes based on their location.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In case of pricing or listing errors, Reflective Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders and will issue refunds if necessary.
